Alexzandrea is a passionate full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, lactation counselor, photographer, student midwife, mother of four, wife, and military veteran. She is deeply passionate about birth and believes every family deserves doula support, education, and compassionate care no matter how or where they birth. Her trainings include Madriella, Childbirth International, and Midwives College of Utah. She firmly believes that birth is sacred and at every birth a mother is born. She leads Mockingbird Mothering alongside her partner, Lizzie. Their collaborative approach ensures that every mother receives support from the waddle to the swaddle!

Lizzie found her calling to birth work in 2017 when supporting her sister through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She trained with DONA and Austin Baby Guru and works as a full-spectrum doula. Lizzie has a firm belief that every woman deserves to feel loved, supported, and cared for during their transformative journey. She leads Mockingbird Mothering along side her partner, Alexzandrea. Their collaborative approach ensures that every mother receives support from the waddle to the swaddle!
