    LIZZIE

    Lizzie found her calling to birth work in 2017 when supporting her sister through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She trained with DONA and Austin Baby Guru and works as a full-spectrum doula. Lizzie firmly believes every woman deserves to feel loved, supported, and cared for during their transformative journey. From the waddle to the swaddle, I’ll be there!

    ALEXZANDREA

    Alexzandrea is a passionate full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, lactation counselor, mother of four, wife, and military veteran. Her training includes Madriella, Childbirth International, and Midwives College of Utah. She firmly believes that birth is sacred and that a mother is born at every birth. Alexzandrea is Lizzie’s backup doula and is currently in seminary school.
