I’m Alexzandrea.

FULL SPECTRUM PREGNANCY, LABOR, BIRTH, AND POSTPARTUM DOULA,

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATOR, LACTATION COUNSELOR, PHOTOGRAPHER,

PLACENTA KEEPSAKE ARTIST, AND STUDENT MIDWIFE.

I serve expecting families in the central Texas and surrounding regions as a pregnancy, birth, and postpartum doula, childbirth educator and lactation counselor. I offer additional services to ensure this stage in your life is sacred, kept, and memorialized for generations to come! I believe the journey to and through pregnancy, labor, birth and the postpartum periods in a mother’s life is miraculous and deeply sacred to her and her family. My goal is to ensure this season in your life is filled with support, positivity, growth, and empowering memories for everyone involved.
I bring experience, knowledge, and evidence based practices to share with the families who bring me into their sacred spaces during this vulnerable and transitional season of their lives. It is truly an honor that I do not take for granted and I do my best to help families prepare for a transformative and impactful journey!
I believe, wholeheartedly, in educating and supporting families to help to cultivate empowering experiences for pregnant mother’s from the waddle to the swaddle.

  3. Every night before I go to sleep I watch Friends, Gilmore Girls, or Call the Midwife. 

  4. My midwife did not make it in time for the birth of my second baby in 2020.

  5. I inherently believe pineapple belongs on pizza but… only with pepperoni. 

  6. I was born in the PNW and raised in Texas.

  7. I am currently working towards my bachelor's degree in Midwifery.

  8. I am a former Younglife Leader and loved every minute of leading the coolest teenagers around.

  9. I met my husband when I was a freshman in high school circa 2007. I was a cheerleader and he was a football flag bearer.

  10. I have done two cross-country road trips and visited 32 states.

  11. I utterly adore houseplants but I have a bruised thumb, for sure. 

  12. Baking sourdough bread and sweet treats is my jam in the kitchen.

  13. I went into labor with my fourth child on my birthday, January 27th!
